Tie mounts and cable clamps hold a bundle against a surface when a cable tie alone has nothing to anchor to. Adhesive cable tie mounts give a drill-free fixing: the base bonds to panels, walls and enclosures, and a cable tie passes through the mount to secure the run. Bonding options include yellow, green and 3M adhesive bases, chosen to match the surface and the load. Saddle cable tie mounts use a cradle-shaped U-channel that keeps cables flat and stable and protects them from vibration and chafing, and are screw-mounted for heavier harnesses. P type cable clamps wrap around a cable, hose or pipe and bolt down, giving higher pull-out resistance than a flat mount; they are produced in nylon 66, stainless steel and rubber-lined versions, with a UL94 V-2 rating on the nylon parts. Masonry cable tie mounts are the version to use on brick and concrete, where an adhesive base will not hold.

Together they cover panel building, automotive and appliance harnesses, HVAC and plumbing runs, and general building services.

All parts are manufactured by Wandu (ISO 9001, CE (LVD), RoHS) with OEM/ODM on size, material and colour, and a 3–15 day lead time after order confirmation.

How do I choose between an adhesive and a screw-mounted tie mount?

Adhesive mounts give a drill-free fixing on smooth panels and walls for light runs. Screw-mounted saddle mounts and P type clamps are used where the harness is heavier or subject to vibration.

What is the difference between a cable tie mount and a P type cable clamp?

A tie mount gives the cable tie something to anchor to and holds the bundle flat against the surface. A P type clamp wraps around the cable, hose or pipe and is bolted down, giving higher pull-out resistance.

What do I use on brick or concrete?

Masonry cable tie mounts, because an adhesive base will not hold on a porous or uneven masonry surface.
